Vault

When you downgrade or cancel, items above your new plan limits are moved to the Vault instead of being deleted immediately.

  • 90-day retention after normal downgrade or cancellation
  • 30-day retention in some trial-expiry workspace scenarios
  • Restore from Settings → Vault while you have quota, or resubscribe within the window
  • Export vaulted items even on Free where export is available

During the public beta all tiers are free. At general availability, paid plans bill on the day you upgrade and renew on the same calendar date each cycle.
