Team seats count the account admin (when not duplicated in the member list) plus every invited member, including pending invites — not “active users this month.” Each Trovepile account (personal or org) has its own subscription and seat pool.

Mozilla shut Pocket down in July 2025. Export your Pocket library (CSV or HTML), then import via Settings → Import in Trovepile. New accounts may qualify for an extended migration trial when they complete an import — ask support. See the Pocket migration guide →

Yes. Yearly totals use the same 20% discount pattern as Trovepile subscription settings: you pay once per year at roughly eight months’ worth of monthly price.
If you cancel a paid subscription, your account moves to Free plan entitlements when the paid period ends. Items above the Free quota go to your Vault for 90 days — restore them by upgrading any time within the window. Beyond 90 days, vaulted items are removed. Read the Vault policy →
Yes — any annual subscription, refunded in full within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Monthly plans pro-rate at the next cycle (we don't claw money back, but you stop being charged). Email support@trovepile.com with your account email and we'll process within one business day.

AI quotas reset each calendar month (UTC) and are separate buckets for search, assistant turns, suggestions (beta), and summarize. If you need very high volume, Business tier or future enterprise arrangements apply.
